Brizo’s Conch Shell

replay for her the
sounds of currents
kissing silver bellies
of the blue haired siren’s song
and the seaman’s roaring
of fallen ships at sea
spilling remnants of bow
share with her the forgotten
dance of sunlight
the crimson-colored tips
of ocean wave remembrance
of the moon and stars
that have chosen this sky
as the moon rings
in the sworn stars
that carry our prayers
guide our offerings
for love’s safe return.
